Rang De Basanti

Went to see Rang De Basanti tonight with Yesh, and walked out a changed (wo)man! I honestly was expecting a feel-good, yuppie-centred Bollywood flick, but this movie was far more than that!

Every single person in the movie was a real (versus reel!) character, the type you can't quite get out of your head for ages. And the message of the movie was bang-on: stop complaining about all the many problems India has, and instead do something about it. Corny, but these characters drove it home in a way that made us proud to be Indian...

Yesh wasn't quite as affected by the movie as I was, but then he likes horror movies :) I'd definitely recommend this for all desi kids under 30!
